As advised in your confirmation email, please allow two working days from the date of purchase to receive your course access details.

Should you not receive it by this date, please contact your course provider, or contact us directly using this form.

If you have purchased an On Demand course and did not receive your course access email shortly after your purchase confirmation email – please contact us so we can help.

If you have changed your mind about your course purchase, you have the right to apply for a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that you haven’t accessed your course materials. Please note that this is only applicable for courses bought through Verijh.com and that you are no longer eligible if you have accessed your course material or communicated with any course tutors. For certificate purchases, you will also have the right to apply for a refund within 14 days of purchase. However, if you have already downloaded your certificate, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Please sign into your account and go to your purchase history via the dropdown menu in the top right hand corner to request your refund.

Click on the ‘contact us’ button on the service you’d like refunded, scroll down and click the ‘Request refund’ button. From there, you will be prompted to select the reason you’d like a refund before submitting your request.

If you have already accessed your course or purchased it more than 14 days ago, it is at your course provider’s discretion as to whether we are able to issue you a refund. As above, please submit your request via your purchase history – your provider should respond shortly. If you are not satisfied with the provider’s response to your refund request, you can get in touch with us and we’ll do our best to help resolve the dispute.
